Increase productivity and insight with Performance Leader AI tools

Last year, Performance Leader integrated with Microsoft Azure's AI solution to bring the benefits of AI to our performance and feedback platform.

‍

Since then, we've been gradually embedding generative AI tools into our technology stack. As AI matures, and the high-value use cases within HR become clearer, we plan to capture more opportunities for our users.

‍

Our north star for AI integration into our platform is simple: it has to improve the quality or frequency of feedback conversations.

Deloitte’s recently released 2024 Global Human Capital Trends report states:

‍“AI tools are poised to help leaders redefine – not just augment performance. Not only can these tools collect unbiased data to foster fact-based performance reviews, but generative AI tools may be able to play a key role in summarising and synthesizing multiple sources of data.”

This aligns with our approach. We've deployed an AI-powered contributor feedback summary tool, which is leading to significant time savings for users and more meaningful review experiences. We now plan to roll out more on-demand summary tools to other areas of our platform.

Our beta side-by-side AI assistant is also proving useful. Beyond saving time and increasing insights, the AI assistant provides supported coaching to improve the quality of goals, feedback and conversation.
