“We started Performance Leader in 2007 because PSFs weren’t using HR software. Technology was not built for firms, and was too expensive or impossible to configure. Most software companies didn’t have the patience or interest in help firms implement, embed and evolve the technology.
So, we created Performance Leader. We paired flexible technology with deep sector expertise. Since then we’ve been combining technology and consulting to help our clients successfully implement and evolve performance and feedback technology.
We’ve kept evolving our product too, to be more flexible and agile, to embrace new opportunities such as AI and to double-down on our specialist PSF market focus, with a range of tools that make life easier for our users.
