We’ve recently launched a major upgrade to the objectives dashboard. It’s the latest improvement we’ve made to help our clients build vibrant feedback cultures by using best-of-breed software that makes it easy to give and receive feedback at critical moments.

The new dashboard makes it easy to see if teams and roles are aligning goals against the right priorities. It also shows whether people are creating and updating goals at the right cadence, as shown in the example below.

Another useful feature is that users can quickly review objectives distribution across departments and roles, as you can see in the example shown below.

The new dashboard also makes it easy to compare general trends, which can be explored further by examining the underlying qualitative themes. Examples of these insights include the most common learning needs among senior associates and the business development goals partners prioritise. These themes can be extracted from qualitative data using AI. We’re working on this now, so stay tuned for our updates on this exciting development.
